COLOMBO – Iranian president Ebrahim Raisi’s visit to Colombo is yet to be confirmed , Iranian ambassador Dr. Alireza Delkhosh told Colombo Times on Wednesday April 17.
Explaining further, the envoy said Sri Lankan president Ranil Wickremesinghe had invited the Iranian president to visit Colombo some three months ago which the Iranian President had readily accepted.. “The date of arrival is yet to be fixed by both parties,” he added.
