Three-wheelers to get enhanced fuel quota from Nov.1

COLOMBO ;President Ranil Wickremesinghe has  approved steps to double the fuel quota for three-wheelers as the first stage. Western Province, three-wheeler registrations will commence from 01st November while QR code fueling on the new increased quota will commence from 06th Nov.
