KANDY : The Grand opening of the Traveller Global Branch Office in Kandy took place in style in the presence of distinguished guests from the Airline fraternity,agents and guests,
Chairman and Managing Director of the Traveller Global was present with his well trained staff to receive the guests for the grand opening ceremony held in the hill capital of Kandy on Wednesday, March 1st
The picturesque city and the beautiful office environment added glamour to the graceful occasion.
Dimuthu Thennakoon, Head of World Wide Sales, Sri Lankan Airlines graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The first ticket was issued on the same day to Mrs. Anusha Ramani Fernando, Managing Director of Kent Manpower who wished Traveller Global many more years of excellence.
The Managing Director of Traveller Global Rizmy Reyal told Colombo Times that his whole staff was excited in reopening this branch since it is strategically located in the hill capital of Kandy which is a principal city in the island.
Reyal said the re-launch is taking place with the aim of serving the people in the Central Province after three years of the impact of COVID19 in 2020.
” We have employed a dedicated team of well-trained staff to handle the travel requirements of the customers with the consistent commitment to serve our valued customers,” he stressed.
The Branch in Kandy will be a part of the other branches located at Gampola, Kurunegala and Batticaloa with the hope that the new location will add value to the customer base in Kandy and embrace the brand “Traveller” closer to the heart of the customers.
Reyal, who is the founder and Managing Director of The Traveller Global was recently inducted into the Sri Lanka Aviation Hall of Fame 2023 at the IAAC Graduation 2023, held at the BMICH in January this year.
Reyal was inducted into the Hall of fame in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the aviation industry in Sri Lanka.
Born on 18th July 1962, Reyal’s contribution to Sri Lanka’s aviation industry has been invaluable and irreplaceable.
