COLOMBO: The Department of Immigration and Emigration has appealed to the general public to refrain from arriving at its head office Wednesday (May 04) for non-essential services.
In a public notice, the department stated that a breakdown in its computer system has been reported.
As a result of the breakdown, delays are expected in one-day services.
