RUZAIK FAROOK
COLOMBO – The United Sri Lanka Sri Jei Prathyangira Guru Peedam distributed dry rations for 300 low income families and distributed school bags and stationeries 100 children in Colombo city limits.
It was held at the YMBA Auditorium, Borella, Colombo recently under the patronage of S. Vinayakar Kurukkal.
Sagala Ratnayaka, Senior Adviser on National Security to the President and Chief of the Presidential Staff was the chief guest at this ceremony.
Saman Rathnapriya, the Director General of Trade Unions to President Ranil Wickremesinghe, Ex Members of the Colombo Municipal Council, Members of the Guru Peedam, Buddhist, Hindu, Islam and Christian religious leaders and parents and students were present.
