COLOMBO : The Asian Disaster Risk Reduction Network (ADRRN), Community World Service Asia (CWSA), International Council of Voluntary Agencies (ICVA), and the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) are hosting a “Regional Humanitarian Partnership Week” (RHPW) 2022, which will consist of face-to-face, with a few hybrid sessions as well.
The event id being held in Bangkok, Thailand from 9th to 14th December 2022.
This year’s Regional Humanitarian Partnership Week will focus on how we can navigate through various circumstances to ensure efficient and adequate assistance is given to those most in need. It will draw on the expertise of practitioners, advocates, academics, donors, and other related partners.
The chairman of the MFCD, Mr. Hanan Husain has been previously elected by the prestigious Asian Disaster Reduction & Response Network (ADRRN), in the capacity of Executive committee member for the Asia- Pacific region.
For this year’s “Regional Humanitarian Partnership Week (RHPW) 2022” Hanan Hussain and Marshad will be representing Sri Lanka.
