COLOMBO : The symbolic presentation of letters providing concessional credit facilities to purchase LapTops for university students was launched at the presidential secretariat on Tuesday 09. This program was designed by UGC in alliance with the People’s Bank to fulfill another promise under the ‘Vistas of Prosperity’.
