COLOMBO — Religious leaders from all faiths have conveyed their greetings and good wishes to the Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa who is celebrating his 76th birthday on Thursday 18th of November 2021.
Religious Leaders of the Prime Minister’s Coordinator for Buddha Sasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs Ven. Dr. Angrahare Kassapa Nayaka Thera, Coordinator for Hindu Religious and Cultural Affairs Dr. Siva Shri Babu Sharma Ramachandran Kurukkal, Coordinator for Muslim Religious and Cultural Affairs Al-Haj Ash Seyed Dr. Hassan Maulana Al-Quadiri and Coordinator for Christian Religious and Cultural Affairs Rev. Father Dr. Sixtus Kurukulasuriya have extended their greetings and best wishes to the Father of the Peace in our Motherland Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa for his good health and long life to continue his services to the nation and the people.
They said people of Sri Lanka living in this country without any fear because of Prime Minister’s valiant effort during his tenure as the President and he has solved the LTTE war after three decades. Also presently he is the Minister of Buddha Sasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs for all religions and he treats all the religions equally.
