COLOMBO: Parliamentarian Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan alias ‘Pillayan’ was appointed as the Co-Chairman of the Batticaloa District Coordinating Committee.

The letter indicares Anuradha Yahampath, the Governor of the Eastern Province will also function as the Co-Chairperson of the Batticaloa District Coordinating Committee.
The District Coordinating Committee is tasked with coordinating, implementing, and monitoring all development activities of State institutions and non-governmental organizations at the district level.
