On behalf of the Government and the people of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and on my own behalf, I have great pleasure in extending to your Majesty and the people of the Sultanate of Oman, my warmest felicitation and best wishes on the happy occasion of the 52nd Anniversary of the National Day of the Sultanate of Oman.
Sri Lanka and Oman have maintained excellent relations based on mutual trust and shared values. I am confident that alweather friendship and cooperation between Sri Lanka and the Sultanate of Oman will flourish in the years ahead, for the benefit of our peoples.
