COLOMBO : The President, General Secretary, Treasurer, Executive Committee, Members and Staff of the All Ceylon Jamiyyathul Ulama wishes to convey their Eid-ul-Fitr greetings to all the Muslims who celebrate the festival, after fasting for an entire month in order to strengthen the relationship with the Almighty and to attain piety.
We take this opportunity to pray for the people living in our country and across the globe, to be relieved from all forms of difficulties and hardships.
As Believers of the Almighty, we should engage in every possible effort to overcome the ongoing crisis in our country. The ACJU urges all Muslims to extend all possible assistance to the poor and neighborhood and engage in efforts to relieve their burdens during this period.
May Almighty Allah accept our fasts, grant us the best rewards, and relieve the people around the world from all trials and tribulations!
