COLOMBO – Wekande Jumma Mosque distributed some 100 packs of Ramadan hampers to deserving Muslims in the area recently.
The new High Commissioner of Malaysia Badli Hisham Adam personally distributed the dry rations at the Wekande Jumma Mosque.
The event, Free Food Program was sponsored by the Wekande Jumma Mosque in association with the Dunia Melayu Dunia Islam (DMDI) .
Haji Basheer Latheef chairman of the Wekande Jumma Mosque chaired the program in the presence of Chairman of Dunia Melayu Dunia Islam (DMDI) Haji Anwer.
