COLOMBO : President Ranil Wickremesinghe will leave for Egypt early tomorrow (6) morning to participate in the United Nations COP 27 World Conference on Climate Change which will be held in Sharm-El-Shiek, Egypt from tomorrow (6) until the 18th.
The President is due to address the conference on November 7 and 8.
The president is accompanied by Environment Minister Naseer Ahamed and Ruwan Wijewardena, currently the Senior advisor to president on Climate Change.
President is slated to return home as soon after his speech on November 8, while minister Ahamed will return to the island on Nov,12
