COLOMBO – Australia and Sri Lanka held talks on Monday on ways to expand the partnership between both countries.
Australian Foreign Minister Marise Payne telephoned Foreign Minister Dinesh Gunawardena and congratulated him on his re-appointment.
The two Foreign Ministers discussed ways and means for consolidating and expanding the multifaceted partnership, the Sri Lankan Foreign Ministry tweeted.
