COLOMBO: The Chinese envoy said in Kandy on Sunday, November 14 that Sri Lanka has agreed to retest the rejected Chinese organic fertilizer via a third party.
The Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Qi Zhenhong made these remarks following a meeting with Venerable Warakagoda Sri Gnanaratana Thera, Chief Prelate of the Asgiriya Chapter on Sunday in Kandy.
Speaking further, the Ambassador stated that the issue is merely a commercial dispute, however some parties are attempting to politicize it.
