| RUZAIK FAROOK COLOMBO – Pettah Cosmetic Association had organized Seven a Side Indoor Cricket and Six a Side Football Tournament third consecutive year on 8th January 2023 at 8.00 a.m. onwards at the Club Fusion, Werahera, Borelasgamuwa. The Launching Ceremony of Jerseys was held at the Kings Colombo Banquet Hall on 5th Thursday January 2023. It was held under the patronage of President of the Association Nilantha Perera. Chief Guest Member of the Parliament Shanakiyan Rasamanickam and guest of honour Major General Manjula Kariyawasam launched the Jerseys. There are twenty teams will be participate in the cricket namely NR Kings, Black Caps, SLC Warriors, Lolane Lions, Pettah Warriors, Fanaa Kings, Pes Kings, Finsha, Shadows Cricket Club, AB Warriors, Port Warriors, Epic Blasters, EK 7, VS Strikers, Cringer’s, Sakura Kings, Pearl Kings, Golden Giants, No Fear, Rainbow Super Kings and in the soccer Black Caps, FD United, CC Assassins, AB Warriors, Underground Warriors and Pettah United in this tournament. This match has been organized only among the cosmetics traders. Champion team will receive the cash prize rupees one hundred thousand, Runners up team will receive cash prize rupees fifty thousand and Second runners up will receive Rs, 25,000 along with trophies and medals. Also Best Bowler, Best Fielder, Best Batsman and Man of the Series will receive cash prize at this tournament. |
