COLOMBO- Former deputy minister of labour Dr Mervyn De Silva was arrested in the morning on Thursday ,August 18 for trespassing the Rupavahini Corporation some years ago.
Mervyn was alleged to have broken into the Rupavahini office in Colombo 7 forcefully and had created problems in the office
