DOHA: Portugal defeat Switzerland 6-1 in the last Round of 16 match of FIFA World Cup 2022. Goncalo Ramos becomes the star of the night as he smashes a hattrick and becomes the first player to do so, in this edition of the tournament. With this win, Portugal have setup a quarterfinal clash against Morocco.
Ramos scored a hat-trick while Pepe, Raphael Guerreiro and Raphel Leo netted one goal each as Portugal defeated Switzerland 6-1 in the Round of 16 match. Portugal will now face Morocco in the quarter-finals. Manuel Akanji was the sole scorer for the Swiss in the match. (MatchCentre)NDTV.
