COLOMBO:Environment Minister Naseer Ahamed met with Julie Chung Ambassador of United States at Colombo on Wednesday,November 16.
A hour-long discussion was mainly on Bilateral relationships between two friendly countries .
Minister sought in h support from Ambassador Chung on Environment related projects such as capacity building, strengthening and implementing Mangrove Projects and supporting Climate change activities.
Minister Ahamed appreciated the Support given by the Ambassador and the government of United States during the difficult period of the country.
