CHARITY : Indonesian embassy distributes relief packs to the needy

COLOMBO – The Sri Lanka Indonesia Friendship Association collaboration with the Indonesian Embassy in Lanka distributed dry rations packs worth of Rs. 5000  received from Indonesian Communities in Western Australia. It was distributed to needy people of forty families belonging to each religion of four religions on Tuesday November 15, at Sri Kadirwelayaka Kalyana Hall, Sri Kadireshan Street, Colombo 13.

Indonesian Ambassador to Sri Lanka Dewi Gustina Tobing ,  Councilor Boyke Nurdin  and Sri Lanka Indonesia Friendship Association  Marleena Laxana were present at this ceremony. 

Secretary of the International Hindu Religious Federation Shiva Sri Ramachandra  Babu Sharma Kurukkal and Board of Trustees of Kathiresan Kathiravelayutha Swamy Kovil  were also graced the event.

Meanwhile International Hindu Religious Federation expressed its gratitude to the Ambassador of Indonesia and the Sri Lanka Indonesia Friendship Association
