COLOMBO – The opening ceremony of the Bright Institute of Skills Development (Vocational Education) was held at the Galle Road, Dehiwela.
Directress of the Institute Mrs. F. Rizmina Rameesudeen delivered the welcome address.
Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation Advisor Hassim Omar was present as chief guest and presented letter of appointment to the teachers.
The guests of honour Colombo Times Editor in Chief and Foreign Correspondent for Arab News in Colombo Mohammed Rasooldeen, Young Women’s Muslim Association President Fawaza Thaha, and President Elect of Rotaract Club of Wellawatta Rebecca Priyadharshani addressed the gathering.
The organizers presented token of appreciation to the chief guest and guests of honour at this ceremony
