KALUTARA : An American tourist was found dead in the room of a star tourist hotel in Kalutara, early Tuesday morning (Jan. 09), Kalutara-North Police said.
The deceased person has been identified to be aged 67, according to police.
Police have recovered the body of the American national inside the room number 324, in which he was staying, after being informed by the hotel management.
Kalutara-North Police have launched further investigations regarding the incident.
