NEGOMBO : Deshamanya A.H.M. Maheer, chairman of Zeenath Trading Private Limited was unanimously re-elected as president of Verdant Villas Owners Association at its 4th AGM on Sunday, February 18 , at communitys lobby in Negombo .
Verdant Villa is a prestigious 26 acre gated community project by Kelsey Homes and the administration has since been taken over by the Association, which is duly registered as a company limited by guarantee under Companies Act.
The Association comprises of around 80 odd members and 25 members were present for the meeting .
A.H.M. Maheer was re-elected as president unanimously by the members while Cheshan Rajapakse was elected as Vice president. Ms. Ronali Perera and Mr Ramesh Nanayakkara were elected as Secretary and Asst . Secretary respectively. Krishan Impett we re- elected as the Treasurer . The additional 9 Committee members were elected as per the Articles of Association are, Noel Wijendran, Mr. Prabath Gunasekara, Dr. Lakkumar, Dr.Daniel, Renganathan, Anton Perera, Surakshan Dias, Mr. Dilendra and Zahireen.
